2023/24 SUMMER HOLIDAY PROGRAM APPLICATION
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Greenvue Kindergarten will be running a six week long Summer Holiday Program this academic year from 8am to 5pm starting on Monday 18 December 2023 through to Thursday 25 January 2024, excluding the following three public holidays:
Monday 25 December 2023 – Christmas Day
Tuesday 26 December 2023 – Boxing Day
Monday 01 January 2024 – New Year’s Day
The applicable program fee is set at the same rate as our kinder program ($123.57/day) claimed through your child’s CCS entitlement.
Please note that your child’s enrolment in the Summer Holiday Program is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation letter from our admin office, as we anticipate more applications than the number of available spots. Children will be selected as per our enrolment policy. Keeping in mind your child’s eligible CCS hours, please fill out the following application form and submit it in person to the Kinder Admin Office:
